Orders are shipped directly from our factory warehouse or loacal warehouse, in plain brown boxes or envelopes. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and 100% secret.
We will send a tracking number to your Email box once your order is shipped. Please refer to the below sections for more details.

Processing Time
- If the item you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed the following business day.
- If the product is out of stock or customized, it may take 1-3 days to process. In short, we will do our best to process your order.

Track Your Order
Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your order is shipped. You can track your package and contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery if you need it.

Undeliverable & Lost Packages
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part, (such as an incorrect address, missing apartment number, etc.) you may pay an additional fee to have it re-shipped or re-routed.
If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Uusextoy, we will replace or refund the order.
- Never received your sex toy: After the package is dispatched, we will track the logistics information, if you never receive your package, please contact us ASAP ([email protected]/Call us :+ 1(212) 518-4308), and we will resend it for you.
- Package was damaged by the carrier: If the package is damaged by the carrier, please complain to the local carrier service provider. At the same time, take some photos of the damaged product and send it to us ([email protected]/Call us : + 1(212) 518-4308), and we will assist you in handling it.
Uusextoy.com is not responsible for lost/stolen packages with a confirmed delivery status from the carrier. If your package is lost prior to delivery, please let Customer Service know as soon as possible. If the package is not delivered, we’ll contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your package.
More Tips
- Different Billing & Shipping Addresses – As a fraud prevention measure, orders which request shipping to any address other than the credit card billing address may require additional authorization. A member of the team may call the number provided to verify the order information and request further information if necessary. Please provide a valid phone number and email address so that your order is not unnecessarily delayed. We promise to be discreet and make no reference to the contents of your order!
- P.O Boxes – All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped USPS Priority or USPS Next Day. It is worth noting that Expedited Shipping cannot be delivered to P.O boxes addresses.
- International Shipping & Customs – International orders can take anywhere from 5 business days to 4 weeks depending on destination. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Some countries are high-risk for customs seizures(Islamic countries, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, or Brazil). Uusextoy.com is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in customs.
Uusextoy and Covid-19 Precautions
At Uusextoy, we have followed all official medical advice and put in place a substantial number of precautionary measures to keep our warehouse staff safe. This includes:
- Reducing the number of our people on a shift at any time;
- Adhering to the ‘6 feet’ distancing rule at all times while staff are picking and packing your orders, and also staying 6 feet apart when taking breaks;
- There’s a break between shifts clocking off and clocking on while we clean down all the surfaces.
The safety of our staff is of paramount importance and it’s possible that the above measures may have an impact on when your order is dispatched and delivered.
