Orders and Shipping
For In-Stock sex toys (USA/EU Warehouse): 1-2 days processing time + 3-5 days shipping time.

Not In-Stock sex toys: Will be shipped directly from our China warehouse. 1-3 days processing time + shipping time (Depends on your location,usually 7-15 business days).For more details,please check the shipping guide page.
Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL,Local post,etc. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your order is shipped. You can track your package and contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery if you need it.

No, we won’t charge any sales tax. All the prices on the website are final.
We can make shipments for lots of countries and regions all over the world, including NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE & ASIA. However, due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, or Brazil.
If you buy a product, you will only receive one package.
If you buy multiple products, we may send you multiple packages. In this case, we will provide you with multiple different tracking numbers.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer 30 days easy return service.But you must ensure that the package has never been opened and the product has never been used,you need to provide the necessary photos and videos as evidence.Then, we will give you the return address, you just need to send it to the address according to our request (we will cover 50% of the return shipping cost).Email us : [email protected]
Provide us with photos of the wrong toys and we will refund or resend the correct toys for you.
If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you in obtaining compensation.
If it’s a product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.

If the order has been shipped : We suggest you contact the carrier or the local post office to change the address.
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments. So, please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button.
(a). Cancellation made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank charges, we do not charge any cancellation fee)
(b). Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
(c). If we have already shipped your order, then the order cannot be canceled, please understand.
