If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. In order to keep you happy from purchase to using sex toy, Uusextoy has designed a perfect refund and return policy. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully.

Returns Policy

For sanitary purposes, All Sales Are Final. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in working condition. We will only refund or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to our warehouse. so please keep all packaging for the 30 days return period. Even though Uusextoy has strict quality control, there may be errors. When you find an error, please do not use the product, otherwise we refuse to return it.
Uusextoy.com will pay return shipping if the reason for the return is our fault.

Examples might include:

  • Item arrived defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts
  • We sent the wrong item
  • We sent it to the wrong address
  • We shipped duplicate orders
  • The item fails within the 30-day return period (assuming the customer assembles the item correctly according to the instruction manual)

Example Of A Consumer Paying A Return Fee

While Uusextoy do our best to keep the buyer happy, the buyer pays the return fee in the following cases.

If the return is due to customer error, the return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and the shipping is paid by the customer. In these cases, a prepaid return shipping label is not provided. It is important to note that the original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your total refund, and any orders that offer special shipping will be subject to our actual outbound shipping charges. Examples of these customer returns might include:

  • Buyer regrets (“Not satisfied with performance”, “Item didn’t fit me”, “Item didn’t meet my expectations”, “I tried it but I wanted something else”, etc.)
  • No reason / No longer want
  • Misunderstanding of product descriptions (failure to read product details/descriptions/features in full)
  • Cancel an order after the item has shipped, even if you haven’t received the item
  • The customer bought the wrong
  • Customer accidentally bought too much
  • Customer accidentally provided the wrong shipping address
  • After the 30-day return period, the return refund policy will not apply if the item is defective. Returns are refundable within 30 days. (calculated from the date of receipt)

Return Process

Step 1: Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know your problem and confirm the solution.
Step 2: Take a photo of your shipment and send it to us, along with the tracking number. Repair costs depend on whether it is covered under warranty. (Please check warranty coverage)
Step 3: Uusextoy confirmed that the goods were returned and checked for problems. Please also email us yours. Specific contact information (name, mobile phone number, full address, postal code).
Step 4: Uusextoy will send the goods back to you.

Refund Policy

Sex Toys Dead On Arrival

Even though all items have been QC before shipment, the damage occurred in transportation is inevitable. If your items are received defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Service Express.

Return the item(s) with tracking number to our warehouse; Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit and/or replacement.

Incorrect Sex Toys

If the products delivered to you is completed different with the one you order and we confirm that the error is on our part, We will send you the correct product or full refund(if you don’t want we resent the correct item to you, we will full refund to you ).

For the incorrect item, if you are able to find a use of it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

If you don’t want keep the incorrect item, Please return the item to us. We will bear shipping fee. Please contact with our customer service before any returns. you can email us at [email protected] and receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number.

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit and/or replacement.

Cancel Order

Uusextoy generally processes your order within 1-2 business days. To cancel your order, please contact Uusextoy as soon as possible to cancel your order and receive an immediate refund. However, if your order has shipped, we will refund your money when you return the order.

Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments. So, please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button.

  • Cancellation made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank charges, we do not charge any cancellation fee).
  • Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • If we have already shipped your order, then the order cannot be canceled, please understand.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the shipping cost is borne by the consumer. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose.

If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.

We will check that the package is in good condition upon receipt of the returned package, then we will process the refund to your account according to the return conditions.
