Refund Policy
You can get a refund in the following cases:
(a). Never received your order– Full refund, or resend it for you if you’re willing to wait.
(b). Received the wrong order– Provide us with photos of the wrong toys and we will refund or resend the correct toys for you.
(c). Received the damaged order– If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it’s a product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.
Return Policy

Order Cancellations
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments. So, please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button.
(a). Cancellation made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank charges, we do not charge any cancellation fee).
(b). Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
(c). If we have already shipped your order, then the order cannot be canceled, please understand.
